Large packet loss, slow speeds, high speeds and high packet loss, connection drop outs

Tried to phone customer service all numbers are dead, tried the relay app same result, facebook teram advised to come here not sure why, problems as above.

I have virgin media hub in modem mode and use my own router.

I have factory reset both routers, hard wired, used the virgin meida hub as a stand alone hub same results.

I have tried my spare coax cable from socket to back of hub.

Tried tests on Desktop, 2 laptops and mobile devices all same.

Virgin online service test shows no issues.

Frustrating not being able to speak to anyone even after being advised to ring numbers that DO NOT work.
