Laptop won't connect to internet

Hello,I just moved house and took Virgin and Hub with me. My work laptop and two phones connected with no problems. My housemate's devices and the new TV did as well. My personal laptop, a Dell on Windows 10 will connect to the Hub but gets no internet connection. When you troubleshoot, it says the DNS cannot be resolved. We have done a bunch of different things with ipconfig and other steps recommended on forums and web. Still cannot get the laptop connected - it connects fine to a hotspot and other wifi routers. This laptop connected to the Hub for the past few years and only a problem now. Any ideas?
Thank you!

"DNS cannot be resolved"  is frequently seen if the WiFi device has connected to the Hub but WiFi Pausing has been used and is blocking access to the internet.
