Laptop needs virgin wifi drivers to connect

4E2E84FF-26B4-4FF0-9E7B-C0D2BA8FA065.jpegMy laptop after the last update from virgin this morning seems to of lost the drivers to connect to the wifi altogether. It works if i wire the internet but will not even show the virgin wifi network as being there. Does anyone know how to fix??

What is the WIFI adapter your using.

If its one of the old Virgin / Netgear adapters, then i am afried is EOL (end of life).

Re: Laptop needs virgin wifi drivers to connect

It won't if it's lost the WiFi drivers, but only the manufacturer of the laptop will know what WiFi card is in it.

Try and visit their website and you should be able to download appropriate drivers.
