I'm sorry to hear that you are having an issue with your WiFi performance. Other than the camera, are you noticing an issue elsewhere such as slow speeds or drop outs on the connection? I've taken a look at the account and the Hub seems OK with no immediate issues. I can see there is an issue with the coverage and that a WiFi pod is on it's way for you to try.
Give that a go and let us know if this improves things for you.
