Laptop camera blurry due to low broadband with M200 - I am new to Virgin and have never had an issue before with Sky or BT

Is this with a wired connection or wireless?

Although the first thing to do would be to wipe the camera lens to make sure that there's no gunk on it.

Apologies if you have already done this but in my experience sometimes the most ludicrous sounding solutions can be the best.

Thanks for your post and welcome to the forums. It's really great having you on board with us in the Community. 

I'm sorry to hear that you are having an issue with your WiFi performance. Other than the camera, are you noticing an issue elsewhere such as slow speeds or drop outs on the connection? I've taken a look at the account and the Hub seems OK with no immediate issues. I can see there is an issue with the coverage and that a WiFi pod is on it's way for you to try. 

Give that a go and let us know if this improves things for you.

Thanks for the reply

wifi Pod arrived but will not synchronise - keeps flashing

i have raised the matter with the technical team and they believe I have a faulty pod so are sending another

I hope this works as I really need to be able to hold simple Zoom meetings from my desk
