Lag, packet loss and dropouts

Joining in

1 gigabit v5 modem. Was good shortly after box upgrade settled down. The last two weeks ha been dreadful. Losses, latency and connection drops increasing toward the evening. It seems that as more people in the street upgrade, the worse it gets. I've had the power upped in the cabinet before when going from v3 to 4 but I don't know if there's more juice on tap.

Sorry to hear you have been having this issue, I have looked into our systems and can see that you would benefit from a technician being sent out to you, for me to get this raised I will need to confirm some information from you in a private message.

Come across your thread, my BQM is looking similar to yours but the packet loss and latency spikes more frequent. What was the outcome/solution for you in the end?
