Recently upgraded to a Hub 4
200mb connection - speedtest says doing well
yesterday i was presenting and people said there was a 5 second delay in my resposes when i was in fact answering straight away
Web pages sometimes stall on a range of devices
TV is connected via Lan and have regular "wired internet disconnected" notifications followed near instantly with "connected to a wired network"
Would be good if someone could have a look below and advise please

This will need an engineer to put right.
You can either call in (08:00 is the best time) or wait on here for a few days (6 to 7 days average) until one of the VM Forum Staff comes along.
If you wait on here Do Not bump the thread it will put it further down the VM 'to do list'.
