Told to post on here by @virginmedia. We have problems with our network in that devices keep losing connectivity. It is all devices from tablets, laptops,mobiles and even Alexa. Told on the phone that there is nothing they could do to sort it and that we have to keep re-booting all the time. Said they wouldn't send an engineer out and when asked if we could change the hub they said no. Then had a lengthy conversation with @virginmedia and went through al the tests again and were told to post on here so they could pick it up and try to sort it.
Please help as this has been going on for some time.
