I got an email from Virgin Media asking me to book a date to return a piece of kit. I've just started a new contract and recently had an upgrade to Hub 3, so I thought it might be genuine (asking for my Hub 2 back) but I don't recognize the hardware they are asking for and the serial number doesn't match my Hub 2 or 3.
Thanks for your post. We've recently added the Superhub 2AC to the returns list so if you have one of these, book the appointment through the email and then someone will come and get the hub from you then 🙂
