@Corey_C - I've just had a text message saying a returns bag is being sent out to me ?

 

Can you double check that a collection is being arranged (as previously discussed).  I already have the item packed up.

Hi.  Do you know if there are any updates on this please? - A returns bag did end up arriving, not sure if this was automatically generated the same way as the text messages Nat mentioned.

I can see that we have requested for someone to pop by and Collect your equipment for you. Once we have anyone in the area, you will be contacted via text to see if you are available:) The packaging was automatically sent as you can still return that way if you want to.
