Just joined Virgin Media and within 2 hours broadband is down and won't be fixed until tomorrow...normal?

Not off to a great start as I've only been a Virgin Media broadband customer for about 2 hours and already the broadband doesn't work for the rest of the entire day.

How can I check how frequently this occurs, or is this just a freak coincidence that I join Virgin just as there's a fault occuring?



For the rest of the day, suggests you are aware of a local service outage.

We check for a service issue in our street & progress to repair via : 0800 561 0061 it is an automated service.

An outage on day one is seriously unlucky !

Yup, I called up the number and they said my area is out until tomorrow morning!
