Joke of a company

Almost every weekend broadband goes down.NO explanation or apology idiot of a company.Cannot dial 150 as when I was in intensive care I couldn't reply to their adapter mail so they cut it off.Quick enough to take our money give new customers better deals though.Virgin gone down hill faster than an Olympic skier.Maybe if I stop paying my bill they may take notice

If you stop paying your bill they will mark your credit history as a defaulted payer and appoint a debt collection agency to send the lads around 😟

Need to do this first.

Check for any “known network faults in your location - Try in 2 places

1) Try the “check service,”Area status webpage (

2) Then also Try the “free & automated” Service Status number - 0800 561 0061 - which usually gives the most up to date info. and tells you of more local issues and fix estimates, down to street cab/ postcode level.

If nothing shows there check back here and we can see if we can figure out the issue
