Hi,
I'm having issues with some websites no matter if its Wifi or Ethernet across all my devices, for example prime video and netflix both aren't working, I try on my phones data and they work instantly, tried on PC/Laptop/Phone and all the same.
Other websites are working fine and netflix says there servers are running as normal when checked.
Tried resetting virgin box etc still seems to be happening
Is anyone else having similar issues? Did service status test on virgin page but says all is working as expected.

Yes I can confirm I have same issues ,hive ,amazon app doesn't work only via mobile data and same issues with netflix,Disney and prime
Restarted hub still same problem
Spoke to advisor this morning who said he booked enginner for Saturday ,checked virgin app and said appt is now Monday, so rang back and was told issue in area appt would be cancelled.

Issue has bee resolved
