Good morning,

I think the BQM and network logs have given sufficient evidence that my broadband quality is not acceptable. I am unable to complain via other means and therefore would like to express my dissatisfaction via this forum.

Please can I have some assistance as soon as possible.

Can I please have a technician visit booked. I have raised a complaint via the website of which I haven't received a complaint number or a call back in over 48 hours. I'll give you to the end of the weekend before going to the ombudsman.

Still talking to a brick wall here, but hopefully other people can relate to my frustrations.

I received a called 72 hours after my initial complaint despite complaints having to be acknowledged within 48 hours. I was driving at the time and asked if I could get a call back, of course no call came.

Stay tuned for more tales of appalling customer service.

Yep. Mine started doing that again a few weeks ago 

I say again, as I had this problem a couple of years ago. I think the Engineer put an attenuator on the router?

I kind of worked it out it only happened during wet weather conditions, especially after heavy rain, the problem would last for a week and once the drier weather was around it seemed to clear itself.

Something I head at the time. VM were having issues with damp distribution cabinets. So maybe that problem has returned?

Or it may just be time to find another provider? I am at my Daughters writing this.

Myself, My Daughter and Son in law are all working from home here and there are no issue whatsoever. And theirs is down the telephone line, not a single solid cable like mine.

It will be interesting to know how you get on.

I don't suppose you are in the Maidstone, Kent area? I am having similar issues and have been for a few weeks.
