I think the BQM and network logs have given sufficient evidence that my broadband quality is not acceptable. I am unable to complain via other means and therefore would like to express my dissatisfaction via this forum.
Please can I have some assistance as soon as possible.
Can I please have a technician visit booked. I have raised a complaint via the website of which I haven't received a complaint number or a call back in over 48 hours. I'll give you to the end of the weekend before going to the ombudsman.
Still talking to a brick wall here, but hopefully other people can relate to my frustrations.
I received a called 72 hours after my initial complaint despite complaints having to be acknowledged within 48 hours. I was driving at the time and asked if I could get a call back, of course no call came.
