Issues with Wifi

Hi 

as usual virgin customer service doesn't work. have been having wifi and broadband issues and cannot get through to anyone at virgin. still waiting ....

Almost an hour now, funny that I am wfh during covid and can reply to my customers within 5 mins but virgin cannot

If you want some technical help sorting your issues then the best place is right here - post up the details. Remember VM dont guarantee wifi connections - only wired ones- so this is the best place for sorting those.

If you just want to speak to VM - call them up - they are still picking up calls in the UK - calling at 08.00 is the best time although some posts on here say they are getting through ok at other times too

Never did get the response from the Virgin tech team. WiFi still bad. Think router faulty but can't do anything as no one ever comes back to me from support.

Bad in what way?

Wifi speeds and connectivity aren’t guaranteed.

What are wired speeds like?
