Sorry to hear you've been having this problem. Upon checking your account, everything seems fine this side - it has been online for quite a while, if you're able to reboot that? In terms of the WiFi connection, can you expand on what happens exactly? Do you have any wired devices connected?

Yes I have a wired connection to the home PC which is ok 95% of the time but the 5% of the time is very inconvenient.
There's 2 issues with the WiFi. The most annoying is that ever couple of weeks or so it will go through a period of 2-3 days where it won't let WiFi devices connect. This necessitates a series of router reboots until it is working again. It can take a couple of hours spread over a day or two to get everything back again.
The other problem is it is slow when more than a couple of us are using the WiFi for streaming, making it almost impossible for more than 2 people to watch smoothly.
Range isn't great either with vey low signal at the top of the house
