Issues connecting to services/websites

Over the last day or two I've been having issues connecting to a couple of services and websites. The main ones being Disney +, the bord gais website and Destiny 2 servers on the PlayStation 4. I've tried restarting the devices and router, as well as uninstalling and reinstalling the game and app but haven't had any luck fixing it. Is there any solution for this?

Hello

II know that at least playstation use a service to check your reputation if you check on https://www.akamai.com/us/en/clientrep-lookup/ and if it comes up as "bad reputation" then it will down to Sony to resolve that.

The other sites you mention may also being using the same system to block bad reputation scores.

I had a look at the link and it says I don't have a bad risk score so it doesn't seem to be that. Thanks for the response.

Both. I have PlayStation connected via ethernet and my phone and laptop on the wi-fi. I have Disney + on the PS4 and my phone and get the same error message (error code 83) on both

What is the laptop connection like when using an ethernet cable ?

Can you post the URLs of the sites you are having problems with.
