Issues again, more router problems

As title says, we have been having lots of dropouts for weeks.

Contract up in january and after 25+ yrs as customer I doubt I will be staying any longer. I will post the status and network log details and hope to hear from a member of staff to advise where I go from here.

I posted this original thread on the 12th, 8 days ago. I also rang and after 2.5hrs got to speak to someone about leaving,I was told they may be able to get me a better deal ect,ect so another 40 mins waiting to be transfered then just as someone answered I was cut off.

Eventually I did speak to someone who then told me that the lady who was sorting any upgrade was now busy but that she would call me back on friday.

8 days later and no phone call back and no reply on here. I did manage to get the router reset by text service but still have the same issues.

I could go on and on about my conversation last week, after 25+ yrs as a customer and told I'm not entitled to any of the online deals ect ect.

New customer deals are for exactly that - new customers. Likewise you would have been given a new customer deal at the time of signing up whilst other people were paying full price.

Regards the network issues - is that any better now or no?
