Hello all, I have a hub 4.0 and cannot get my smart thermostat (Honeywell brand) and smart bulbs (Meross brand) to connect. This wasn’t an issue with the hub 3.0 and splitting the 2.4ghz and 5ghz bands does nothing. I only upgraded to the hub 4.0 due to an upgrade to gig1.
Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

Using a WiFi analyser app on a smart phone check if the Hub 4 is transmitting on the 2.4Ghz WiFi band.
