Hi, are Virgin Media having issues with one of the routers?

I have had a report of someone disconnecting from our office VPN.  Everyone else connected is fine. Their connection to the office does not go through the hop.

I have used WinMTR to ping the person's public IP address and seem to be getting considerable packet loss on a Virgin device named aor.uk-lon03a-ri1.network.virginmedia.net which has a IP address of 62.254.42.174.

Are Virgin able to get a engineer to have a look at this?

Thank you

0% loss at hop 8 after: the issue isn't with that router.

Not seeing same issue now. Are you still observing packet loss?
