Isolator cable

Hello, Due to a mishap my Isolator cable (wall socket to hub cable) got damaged which resulted in the end going into the box getting cut. How do I get a new one?

Welcome to our Community and thanks so much for your first post on our forums 🙂 

 

Sorry to understand that you've had some issues with your cabling and isolator cable - this is certainly something we can get sorted out for you and we should be able to get this sorted out by popping you a new one and some extra cabling in the post for you totally free of charge. 

 

If you need a technician to pop round and help you out though, there may be a charge. 

 

I've located your account from your forum information so I'll pop you a quick Private Message so we can go through security and get some in the post ASAP for you. 

 

Look out for the Purple Envelope and pop me a reply when you can.

Sorry to hear you have damaged the isolator cable

We can send one out, but this can take up to 5 days 

What i have done is sent you a private message to pass security 
If you can check the purple envelope top right of your screen that would be great
