Is there a total VM blackout in the M7 area?

My internet and tv has gone down every night since the 20th feb and not started working again till the following day. I rang customer services today but was told it was a problem with my router. They also said there was no problems with the broadband in the area despite the service status checker saying that tv and broadband were down every night. Has anyone else had this issue?

Try calling the automated service on 0800 561 0061 - should give postcode level information about any area outages.

Yes when I call the number it says it’s down so why are the staff in the customer services insistent that it’s not and never has been?

it's VM's interpretation of "customer service"
