Is there a problem in the NP10 area of Newport again

I can see the Service Status page has been updated and there are issues with the TiVo service. I was informed by one of your engineers years ago that if the TiVo service is having issues it would affect your broadband it shouldn't but as he said from one Engineer to another 9 times out of 10 it does. I can see TiVo service is problematic in my area and I am wondering if this is having a knock-on effect on my cable modem.
