Ip configuration

WiFi stopped working on most of my devices. No ip addresses being obtained when trying to connect.

Pinhole reset worked 1st time but same thing happened 1 day after and pinhole reset now doesn't solve issue. 

Cannot connect to WiFi as no ip addresses obtained in most of my devices. Wired connection is OK. 

Help please

Do a 60 second pinhole reset instead

Ask for a new hub or get your own wireless router with 1Gb ports and just use the hub in modem mode.

Hi Scotni69, 

Really sorry to hear that you're having an issue with your hub, this isn't good. 

Can you just do another pin hole reset for us and ensure it's held down for at least 60 seconds. Once you've done this we can take a look and if it's still an issue we'll need to send a new hub.

Hi Emma I've lost count of the amount of times I have tried this but I have just did the 60s pinhole reset again as you requested. 

The superhub went back to factory settings but my fault remains. 

Failed to obtain IP address is shown on 4 of my devices

I have a photo showing this if required. 

Thanks for listening to me. How do we progress this matter now then?
