Hi I live in Telford and our internet keeps dropping we have just switched from sky and are a bit disappointed with this.been on line and it says there are issues in the area went on the virgin app and it says there aren’t tried changing the channel rest the hub no luck any help would be great I’m not technical minded so try and make it easy also the app says there’s a problem with our home network I’m sitting in the same room as the hub thanks
What is the online page with the issue telling you?
