Internet slow, high ping, and keeps dropping out on Ethernet connection

Since my recent engineer visit, I am now having more issues (never ending story always some new problem) ranging from disconnections on Ethernet connection, high ping and latency and  poor wi-fi speed.  VM internet test speeds show 80-150 mbps, and not getting 200 mbps as I used to.  I currently have the hub 5 and I am using the Eero mesh for wi-fi on modem mode.  These connection issues existed (especially poor wi-fi)  when I was on hub 3 and without modem mode?  So no idea what is going on with VM service.

No help to you, but my Hub 5 coincided with a deterioration in reliability and latency, both in modem and router modes.  Speeds seem to be holding up OK when checked, but overall reliability of my connection has been shocking for the past two weeks.

I got another engineer booked in lets see what he says.  Might downgrade to a Hub 4, as it seems the Beta Hub 5 are in testing phase with a lot of issues. I tried without modem mode and same issues again.  Not a happy customer.
