Internet not working in IG8 7EZ

Internet is not working and is the light is coming red on the hub. Need this fixed as need the internet to be working for work tomorrow

You won't get a reply from VM this evening, and even then it can take several days on here.

Sounds like you'll need to seek other methods of internet access for tomorrow, unless it fixes itself overnight.

I can see from our end there was an outage at the time of posting this, however this has not cleared up.

How has the connection been?
