We have had intermittent problems for a while but it has always sorted itself out ahain after a short while. 2 weeks ago we had an engineer round after total loss of Wifi.
We got a hub2, it was fitted with a 15dB attenuator and the emgineer swapped it for a 6dB one. Seemed to work ok until today, total loss of Wifi again. There's a flashing light under the little heart on the tivo box. On the hub, all lights are on, blue tick and up and down green arrow are flashing really fast.
Tried to reboot, is there anything else we can try to get it up and running?
You got a hub2? Do you mean that you "have" a Superhub2 and the engineer didn't swap it for a new Hub3 on his visit? Is your TV box actually a Tivo or is it a V6? If its a V6 - how have you got it connected to the Hub - ethernet cable or wifi?
