Internet loss - What do the lights mean

Hi,

Only had Virgin media broadband for 4 days and I have to say I’m not impressed so far. stability has been poor where I would lose internet connection (upstream) at least twice a day and would need to reboot hub.

i now have a complete outage and no number of restarts are helping. I now don’t know if there is a problem in my area (Southampton) or an issue with the hub.

The Hub (3.0) is currently alternating between a flashing green power light (the line at bottom) only and a green flashing internet light with a solid green power light. Before I cancel my service within my cool off I thought I would give this forum a try (a cry for help!).

Virgin media Hub 3.0 on the 200mb package. Wi-Fi is absolutely fine but no internet. So hub to upstream issue.

Hi can you check all connections to the hub are secure and PM me your details so i can check to see if there`s a problem locally
