Internet light flashing green hub 3

Our hub 3 is online and connected to the wifi however there is no internet. The top wifi light is solid green, the internet connection light (two arrows) is flashing green and the power light is solid green. It has been like this for hours. How do we fix this?

Try the automated service status number 0800 561 0061 to check for any faults in your area.

Call the pre-installation and delivery team on 0800 052 1734, explain the problems you have had and request a tech visit to fit a proper wall box for you and check out the VM wiring and signal in your home following your 'Quick Start' installation.

If there is an area fault, VM won't send a tech until it is fixed or they may book one for you and another part of the VM system might automatically cancel the visit while any general fault is in place.
