Internet keeps dropping

My internet keeps dropping every few minutes some times for upto a minute and then comes back. Looking across the forums this seems very common and reminds me of why I previously left virgin. Does anyone have the same experiences and any advice? I’ve tried all the usual resetting the router etc. 



If this is a WI-Fi issue, 1) Disable Smart Wi-Fi / Channel Optimization and 2) Disable Auto Channels.

If either of these are Enable our Hub performs random channel changes causing Wi-Fi drop out that are long enough to halt Video Calls, VPN Sessions or to halt TV streaming services.

Hi, there is no loss of Wi-Fi, only a drop of internet connectivity.

Sorry to see you have been having this issue with your internet connectivity. I can see from the system that you have got a technician appointment booked in, what we would advise for you to do is let this appointment go ahead and let us know how this goes.
