I have a HUB 3 and my internet keeps dropping out . It doesn’t matter whether my boys are gaming or I am alone at home but this has happened for months now. Gone though everything o can think of including resetting and it keeps coming back. Can’t get through to any contact numbers due to COVID but I need it for work.How do I go about ordering a replacement if that is and option nor can the main cable coming in be tested if possible
set up a BQM - once set up, find the Live Graph and click "Create Sharing Link" - post that back here.
post your router stats too - browse to your hub on http://192.168.0.1 - don't log in, click Router Status - copy/paste the tables from the Upstream, Downstream and Network Log tabs back to this thread - you'll need multiple posts for this, the info wont all fit into a single one..
