Internet keeps dropping out - low speeds

My internet has been dropping out all day literally every minuet so annoying when, im a content creator trying to upload videos to Youtube and download stuff and stream on Twitch please can I get some assistance here its ruining my job. (18th Aug 2019)

I use Ethernet from my PC to the router I have tried multiple restarts and i have tried in modem mode with my other ASUS RT-AC68U router.
