Internet keep going off

Ok for some reason my internet keeps going down around 7ish or just after, been like this for a number of days now for no reason, i really am fed up with with virgin media now cuz i am also having trouble trying to get sky sports on the laptops and desktop which i have reported a number of times, i have been in private message with a few people to which the last message i am waiting on a answer, no one seems to no what the problem is or they wnt get back to me, you are so quick to take my money at the end of the month, if i knew i would be having so much trouble with VM i would never have got it, i certainly wnt be signing up again when it runs out next year thats for sure

If you've not done so already, I recommend setting up a free Broadband Quality Monitor which monitors your connection 24x7 and provides an online graph making it very easy to diagnose and check for broadband line issues.

Not being funny but i no nothing about doing all that, my internet keeps going down, its just been down again, really am fed up of it now, really is not worth the money, sooner i get out the better

Whats the point when none of you can give me an answer anyway, your not even honouring your contract when im not getting what i want, i mean all this time without sky sports on the lappys, internet keeps going down for no reason, i actually wonder what IT stands for because not a one can tell me why this is happening
