Internet issues

I’ve recently upgraded to the 500 speed. And since my hub keeps not being connected to app constantly rebooting itself .. I have wifi boosters and since upgrading they won’t even connect anymore regardless how many times I’ve paired reset and even factory reset the hub twice .. nothing working and internet speed is slower then ever

Is that on a Hb3 or Hub4?

What are ethernet cable connected devices doing at the same time? All speed tests should be run on ethernrt connection to see whether you are actually getting the contracted speeds.

I do not work for VM. My services: HD TV on VIP (+ Sky Sports & Movies & BT sport), x3 V6 boxes (1 wired 2 WiFi,) SH2 in modem mode with Airport Extreme Router +2 Airport Express's. On VIVID200, Talk Anytime Phone, x2 Mobile SIM only iPhones.
