I am sonfrustrated and fed up with having no Internet or intermittent connection for so long, I've forgotten how long! Calling the company to eslive these issues, adding a booster has not helped at all. I really want to leave... I can't now access zoom or Skype for meetings and tuition for children, devastated and feel so helpless.

Virgin Media Customer Support are on 150 from your Virgin Media landline or Virgin Mobile or on 0345 454 1111 from any other phone.

Sorry to hear of the internet issues. I have checked the system and you are affected by an SNR issue (signal to noise ratio). F010411465 is the fault number for your records.
