Hi
I am currently having issues with wifi not connecting to certain devices and is also not connecting to Xbox live due to the connection dropping out (the Xbox is hardwired in), the virgin connect app can't find the hub.
We have tried restarting the hub 3 and even swapped Ethernet cables as well at the diagnosis checks online. The speed we receive is also very erratic.
Any help resolving this will be gratefully recieved.
