Internet is so faulty

We got wifi installed 2nd March, 4 days after that, including today, the wifi is down at least TWICE a day, and we are all working from home, each time it'll take 5-15 mins, going downstairs, reboot, restart unplug etc. I hate it so much! 

I had all screenshots of the times when it was not working. 

Even before we have Sky, it was not this bad. So disappointed after switching to Virgin.

Please anyone can advise how can i book an engineer or replace the hub or something. Thank you so much!

Sometimes it does/sometimes it doesn't, or it will show "Connected without internet

sorry i misunderstood your question, it's wireless wifi, there are Black Virgin Hub, power plug cable, and the wire cable connect the hub with Virgin box on the wall.

you need to connect your PC/Laptop to the hub my ethernet cable and see what the connection is like
