Internet goes down regularly during the day on my 1Gig

As shown in below picture, the connection goes down regularly for short periods of time.

There seems to be no local issue according to the Virgin status page. The log shows quite a few errors. Posted the channels and logs below. Hope someone can help diagnose the problem.

Hi keesjankoster,

Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome, sorry to see you have been facing some issues with your connection, I was able to locate you on our system with the details we have for you and cannot see any issues, everything is showing as in spec, I can see you are using our Router in Modem mode, so we can run further checks, please put our Router back in Router mode and remove any 3rd party Networking equipment.

Hi Paul, Thanks for checking. I need modem mode, so can't change to router mode. The weird thing is that somehow since you checked everything has been running without any issues.
