I'm using the 3.0 hub and I've noticed the past few months my internet seems to be dropping out a few times a day. I notice it happens first on my wired devices (PC) and it seems to come back after a few minutes.
Its getting worse and has been continually dropping out this morning. The only answers I can get from virgin is to reset my hub, which I don't want to be doing every day. Surely there should be some permanent fix?
Type 192.168.0.1 (192.168.100.1 in Modem mode) into your browser URL bar and press enter.
Hub 2 & 3 When the page appears DO NOT LOG IN but click ‘Check Router Status’.
Hub 4 When the page appears LOG IN then click ‘Check Router Status’.
