You can either phone in (18:00 is the best time) or wait on here for a few days until one of the VM Forum Staff comes along.

Put in a formal Complaint and ask for immediate cessation of contract without penalty, and explain the reasons.

Why cant u just fix it 

u have had so much time

You have even mailed me saying we’re doing work in your area and yet I’m still struggling 

I have asked the person who owns the account whether we can switch but it’s gonna cost us extra to terminate our contract , which is something we don’t want to pay 

I would understand if u could tell me the problem your having and I would sympathise but your not doing much help.
