Thanks for your post on our Community Forums and I'm sorry to see you've been experiencing issues with your broadband connection.

 

I can see you were advised of an area outage on 11/08 but this has now been cleared. How's the service been looking since your were informed of this?

It’s been ok I guess

i still experience downtime where the box fully resets itself and also sometimes when I’m on my laptop it does get slow at times but overall it has improved 

I will definitely respond when something goes out again

It’s happened again today the same problem 

Everything was working fine after the engineers came in our area 

But today it’s happened again 

Absolutely disgraceful

I don’t know how long this is gonna go on for 

My internet had started seeing signs of improvement and I wasn’t lagging when I was using the internet either 

But for some odd reason the same problem I have with the internet going out on certain devices has happened again 

Terrible

Your Network Logs haven't updated for nearly a month and that is more than very unusual or the the reporting time inside you Hub is wrong.

Can you do a factory / pin hole reset please and then post the Network Logs again.

I get exactly the same thing every night - 12:07 most common - but always between midnight and about 12:33. Has been happening for months. Fine all the rest of the time. I think Virgin Media are manually resetting all the connections at specific times to help their overall broadband due to increased traffic due to covid, but stupidly have not communicated this with their customers.

If any of the secret virgin reboot team happen to read the forums - I don't mind that this happens but 1. communicate it. 2. Please change mine to about 4am as I'm often in the middle of working at midnight and it resets my ssh sessions.
