Sad to say the stafff on here don't like to help anyone. Arfter you jump through all there hoops there say oh call 150. I got no help same issues. Many have the same. Let's close this forum interweb by thing donw to save all of our time

It’s been much better actually however it seems to have fixed randomly all of a sudden
I don’t want to say it’s fixed just yet because a lot can happen and I want to be sure that this is it
It was ok for a week or so this issue, however it is still there and of course virgin media have done nothing about it
I might just consider switching since clearly their customer service doesn’t really give one.
The same issue has occurred again and it’s only on my laptop and no other device ...
Not sure what is happening. Need answers or else I might just cancel my package all together. The internet is still slow as well and still causing me problems and I need some assistance ASAP

Under your BQM graph are two links in red.
Click the lower link (Share Live Graph) then click generate.
Copy the text in the Direct Link box, beware, there may be more text than you can see.
On here click the Link icon (2 links chain to the left of the camera icon)
In the URL box paste the link you copied and then click OK
