Hi, We are losing internet daily, typically around mid afternoon and then again around 12.30am....you can almost set your watch by the night time drop out. We lose the internet for up to 10 minutes before it comes back. It is like having your parents say time for bed! This issue especially causes issues when gaming. Any advice would be appreciated...It is not a wifi issue (I have fixed all of that with extenders etc). We just lose all internet. Any advice would be appreciated
Set up a Broadband Quality Monitor (BQM) atthinkbroadband.com - this will give you an insight into what is happening with the signal at the other side of the Hub, it will take a few hours to get any kind of trend showing although you can post the link straight away.
