Internet dropping

Hi,

Recieved the Hub 4 in last couple of months and it's been nothing but problems since arriving! Wired and Wi-Fi constantly dropping, sometimes every 30-60 seconds.  Followed the guideines for checking the hub, wiring etc. This can happen if there is one person in the house or a full house, no pattern of useage.

I'm not very tech savvy so I've just followed what other have done and downloaded the following reports - hope I've done this correctly?
