Internet dropping out

Having issues with my WIFI Hub 3.0 and the connection dropping out recently, has only been recent. I would be using the network and my devices will lose internet access, a minute later my Hub will get all lights flash red and the network will not broadcast anymore. Have tried ringing the virgin media support line but i can't get anywhere and then they say their centres aren't manned

Yes my first indicator actually smart TV is wired and it will say the ethernet cable has been disconnected. 

Then it will go through a loop of saying the ethernet cable is connected and disconnected about 10 times and finally restablish itself

Issue is still persisting, very frequent in the evenings will happen up to 6 times each outing lasting about 10 minutes. 

Am based in BS6 region of Bristol united kingdom
