Further to my post earlier (which I now can’t find…yes it’s a bad day!) 

Jbrennand suggested I post my logs. Can you please advise? (I was unable to do this from my laptop because work disable everything. So these are from my phone, if that makes a difference?) Really appreciate your help.

Hi @Myfairlady thanks for your post here although we're sorry to hear of the concerns you've raised here.

As we're unable to see your original post it's unclear exactly what issues you're having, but having ran checks now there are no issues on the line and all the levels to your Hub are within the correct specifications.

So with this in mind, there are no issues causing connectivity issues but how have things been since your post, have things stabilised?

If the issue is a Hub 3 and Wi-Fi dropouts, VM Smart Wi-Fi / Channel Optimisation can be the cause.

To avoid this we use the following settings :
