Internet dropping a few times per day

Hi. I have just had a Hub 5 installed around 2 months ago, and I have now run into a problem. Every day, a few times, my internet goes off for around 2 minutes. 

I have a BQM set up now. Hopefully it can show some issues, as i just set it up - https://www.thinkbroadband.com/broadband/monitoring/quality/share/65b9a8af442995796ded91d1f33feff9fc...

Received Response to Broadcast Maintenance Request, But no Unicast Maintenance opportunities received - T4 time out;

I urgently need to fix this issue as my work relies on me having a stable connection.

The useless system that prevents you from getting in contact with a real person is trying to get me to improve my wifi coverage because of a "connectivity issue" with my ethernet device

And the "chat to us online" button doesn't work. It hasnt worked since I tried to use it earlier this year.
