Internet drop out 11 hours

So the WiFi started playing up Friday night. Dropped out for 3 hours ish. Then constant small timescale drop outs then dropped out  11 hours ago and still not on. Hub is flashing a white/yellow colour. I have rebooted several times, checked cables etc

 

As usual can't get through to Virgin.

 

Had loads of problems with Virgin and never resolved. Complained 8 weeks ago and now gone to ombudsman as zero response. Now this has happened and called 8 times no joy. No one responding to messages either. Going to a new supplier but have to work tomorrow and currently look like getting a disciplinary as this has happened so many times before. What a massive let down.

Do you mean actual Wi-Fi or Broadband that dropped out ?

Sorry, fibre broadband.

 

Still nothing working at all, mobile phone, tv....

Have you checked the 'Check Service Status' at the top of the page ?

If nothing is showing try phoning 0800 561 0061, this will tell you of more local issues that may be affecting your district. Be aware that it isn't a manned line.

Go round all the accessible internal and external co-ax connections and ensure that they are finger tight.
