Even worse I can’t even get in the internet loss of service for two weeks and can I get compensation as well please as this has cost me loss of work as well kind regards Jon

Hi Kelly. Have you started the complaints process yet? Virgin Media's support team don't actually try to fix things until your complaint has gotten to the Ombudsman in my experience.
Start the official complaints process here: https://www.virginmedia.com/help/complaints
That's the only way to get anywhere with this. Make a complaint to OfCom too while you're at it: https://www.ofcom.org.uk/complaints

From checking our service I can see our team has recently sent new equipment.
