My Internet speed had slowly gotten worse throughout the day, I rebooted my Superhub 3 at about 16:00, now I have no Internet at all, Internet icon flashing red, WiFi is up so I've checked the hub status page, Internet is saying "access denied", I've done 2 reboots and a factory reset, called the fault checking line, apparently the router is offline and no faults in my area, unable to speak to a real person, I have no idea what I'm supposed to do to fix this, is there a number where I can speak to a real person or a number where I can actually report a fault as opposed to checking for existing ones? It's a pretty infuriating situation...
